IMPACT in Paducah this summer!!!

Dear Community Partner,

              Thank you for your continual support and commitment to the Paducah area and for what your business and partnership means to make this community successful! I am extending an invitation in partnership with an area-wide event that is taking place this July 30th at Trinity United Methodist Church.

              Paducah’s 1st Annual Summer IMPACT is a community wide rally to create fellowship, worship, and service to an area cause, all serviced by a compilation of local churches working together.  This event will include an outdoor concert, inflatables, food and more.  The focus is Paducah youth, but not limited to.  The event will be free with a donation to benefit a meaningful, powerful cause: the Purchase Area Sexual Assault & Child Advocacy Center.  All proceeds of this event will go to fund this necessary and highly effective ministry of the Paducah area.  The details for the event are as follows:

Concert:  Two-time Grammy nominee GRITS; popular Christian band and Kentucky bred       HEARTS OF SAINTS; new, up and coming band (also Kentucky’s own) LIVEFISH; and Nashville Star’s finalist HILLARY MCBRIDE.          

Location: Trinity United Methodist Church

                  6125 Blandville Rd. Paducah, KY 42001

Date & Time:  July 30, 2010 – Gates open at 5PM and Concert begins at 6PM.

Cost: FREE Admission with the donation of an item for Purchase Area Sexual Assault & Child Advocacy Center (a love offering will be taken on their behalf).

              YOUR partnership is greatly needed in funding and supporting this event and cause.  We are asking that you strongly consider a monetary sponsorship to help make this event a success that impacts the community.  (Advertising and publicity for your company or organization are permitted and encouraged the date of the event—please contact Felicia Cooper to set up a booth or to provide give-aways or sales). Suggested donations are included.  Please prayerfully consider the sponsorship and partnership of this meaningful, life-changing event.  Your support is needed to make this successful in the lives’ of students across the area.
