If you were victimized last night or twenty years ago, we are here to help you recover.

What's with the Green Dot ?

Imagine for a moment a map of our community........

Each red dot on a map represents an act of sexual violence.  A red dot is a rape-a red dot is a hit- a red dot is a threat-a red dot is a statement that blames a victim-a red dot is a choice to do nothing to end the violence.

A green dot is any behavior, choice, word or attitude that communicates utter intolerance of violence.             Green Dots for Everyone:

  • Believe that rape, abuse, and stalking are unacceptable and say it out loud.
  • Have conversations about ending violence with your friends and family.
  • Wear Green Dot gear.
  • Add "green dot supporter" to your e-mail signature
  • Speak up when you hear sexist language or jokes.
  • Be a knowledgeable resource for victims.
  • Attend Violence Prevention events.
  • Make a contribution to or volunteer for PASAC.
